Deposits and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless the spot can be filled with a replacement participant. International workshops require Adam Gibbs to pay upfront deposits that are often non-refundable. Adam Gibbs also incurs the cost of your instructor travelling to the country where the workshop is to commence. Adam Gibbs incurs these costs when you decide to book, and they cannot be returned.

If you have to cancel for any reason, you can still use your deposit for future workshops, private sessions or even print orders. You may also transfer your booking to a different individual to take your place in the workshop.

Travel and Equipment Insurance

Your responsibility is to obtain your travel insurance to cover any losses if you cancel your trip. You should also purchase insurance to protect valuables and camera equipment. Adam Gibbs will not be held responsible for any damage to your belongings or injuries to your person. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers you for any medical costs.
